A national FTSE 250 company who operate in the fleet market are looking to appoint a Group Property Surveyor to assist in the management of their portfolio which boasts over 200 properties, across the UK.

Day to day:

• Negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Assisting with acquisitions alongside the Head of Property on both leasehold and freehold properties, updating any key stakeholders throughout the process.
• Undertaking property inspections as required.
• Taking ownership of all landlord and tenant matters including disposals and service charges.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with landlords, the wider facilities team and key senior stakeholders.

The individual coming in must be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of five years’ experience in the industry, specifically within property management.
